Only what we need to visualise your home and look after you:
To prepare your quote, produce your visualisations, keep you updated, send invoices and receipts, and answer you when you get in touch.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t send marketing unless you ask for it.
Your plans are used for your project only. We share them with your builder or designer only when you ask us to.
We won’t show your home in our portfolio or on social media without your written consent, and we never publish an address.
A small set of trusted providers process information on our behalf:
Some of them store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States. We choose providers with strong security and contractual privacy protections.
We use only essential cookies, such as keeping you signed in to the client portal. There are no advertising trackers.
Information is encrypted in transit and access is limited to the people working on your project. We keep project files for two years after delivery so you can come back for changes, then delete them unless you ask us to keep them longer. Financial records are kept as long as Australian tax law requires.
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we’ll respond within 30 days.
