Quotes are free and there’s no obligation. Send your plans and we reply with a fixed price within 2 business days. A short video call is available if you’d like one; it’s free too.

Your quote stays valid for 30 days. All prices in AUD.

• A Facade Colour Match is paid in full when you accept your quote.
• Kitchen & Living, Pre-Start and Signature: a 50% deposit when you accept your quote, and the balance when your renders are ready, before the final files are released.
• Add-ons and extra rounds are paid when you order them.
• Payments are made securely through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

• Cancel any time before we start work for a full refund.
• Once work has started, what you’ve paid covers the work already done and isn’t refunded. We send you everything finished so far.
• If we can’t deliver what we quoted, you get a full refund.

Work begins once your quote is accepted and paid, and we have your plans and selections. Turnaround is counted in business days from then.

A round is one consolidated list of tweaks — colours, finishes, fixtures, lighting. Layout changes after sign-off are quoted separately.

Extra rounds are $150 per round.

Renders, walkthroughs and plans are artist’s impressions built from the information you give us. They show how your home is likely to look, not a guarantee of how it will be built.

Colours and finishes vary between screens, samples and real light. Always confirm selections against physical samples, and dimensions and compliance with your builder, before you sign off. Our work isn’t a construction document.

You confirm that you have the right to share the plans and images you send us. Your home’s design stays yours.

Once paid, you may use your renders however you like for your own home: with your builder, family, lender or on social media. We keep copyright in the images and only show them publicly with your written consent.

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. If something isn’t right, email [email protected] and we’ll make it right.

Beyond those guarantees, and as far as the law allows, our total liability for a project is limited to the fees you paid for it. We aren’t responsible for building, purchasing or selection decisions made from our images.
